"Everyone can take judicial action to protect their legitimate rights and interests. The defense is inviolable at every stage and level of proceedings. They are guaranteed to the indigent, with institutions, the means to act and defense in each jurisdiction. " (art. 24 the Constitution)

In order to allow, always, a concrete explanation of the right of defense, as envisaged in our Constitution, the professionals of Cuomo study & partners are enrolled in that allows legal aid to those who do not have the opportunity to take charge of a technical defense.
