He graduated with honors in 2006, at the Faculty of Law, University of Naples Federico II, a thesis on corporate reform process; He was admitted to the Bar of Naples from 2009.
In 2012 he founded Cuomo & partners, in order to introduce in the Neapolitan territorial reality an advanced professional structure, on the Anglo-Saxon law firm model.
He consolidates his professional experience primarily in the field of business criminal law and economics, in its traditional joints of corporate criminal law, bankruptcy, finance and tax.
It 'specialist in criminal litigation in the insurance field, on health and safety at work under Legislative Decree. n. 81/08 and administrative responsibility under Legislative Decree. n. 231/01.
